Starting in September 2024 I will be studying the economic impacts of climate tipping points at the London School of Economics with Prof David Stainforth.
During my PhD, I have worked on the representation of the Southern Ocean in international climate models (specifically the CMIP6 ensemble used for IPCC reports).
I have participated in polar fieldwork through the DY158 cruise, studying the motion of water masses through the Southern Ocean as well as the impact of a large iceberg on the surrounding waters.
I have recently co-supervised undegraduate research projects on the dynamics of Antarctic polynyas over the last 40 years.
